Joshua Dudley uses information you submit to respond to messages, manage email updates, and deliver album purchases.
Contact messages
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. This information is sent privately to Joshua so he can respond. It is not displayed on the website.
Email updates
Joining the mailing list requires your consent and an email confirmation. The website stores your email address, confirmation status, and signup time. Every update should include an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal through the contact form.
Album purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe. The website does not collect or store card details. It stores the checkout reference, purchaser email, and a private download token to deliver the album. Download links expire after 14 days. See Stripe’s privacy information for its handling of payment data.
Media and external links
Photos, fonts, the 16 album tracks, and four free unreleased tracks on this site are hosted with the site. Selecting the demo reel loads a YouTube player. Streaming-service, retailer, social, and press links open third-party sites governed by their own privacy practices.
Site operation
Joshuadudley.com does not use advertising or analytics scripts. Temporary, hashed network identifiers are used to limit form abuse. The hosting provider may maintain routine server logs.
Your information
To ask about or request removal of information you have submitted, use the contact form. Purchase information may need to be retained for payment support and recordkeeping.
